Baking time: 8-10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp of salt1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup softened butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 squares of Baker's semi sweet chocolate (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Heath english toffee pieces
Directions:
-Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl.
-In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, and vanilla and beat until creamy. Then add the eggs in, beating after each addition.
-Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
-Add the finely chopped chocolate and toffee pieces and stir.
-Drop small rounded balls of dough into an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes and enjoy.

Whole Wheat Strawberry Banana Cupcakes
Oven Preperation: 350 F
Yields: 16 cupcakes
Baking time: 25 minutesIngredients:
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 strawberry no sugar added applesauce1 tsp. vanilla extract
zest of one lemon
2 1/2 mashed bananas
1 cup of sliced strawberries
Directions:
-Combine the flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
-In a separate bowl, stir the eggs and the oil. Then add the lemon zest, mashed bananas, and strawberries.
-Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients to pour the wet ingredients into and mix. Spoon into cupcake liners or greased pan, about 3/4ths full. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and frost.
-Best with cream cheese frosting, strawberry glaze, or lemon glaze
Lemon glaze:
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
1tsp lemon zest (optional)
Strawberry glaze:
1 1/2 cup of sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup of frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
